SeedCo was one of the first Certified Development Companies formed in Pennsylvania to offer the SBA 504 program. As an affiliate of the 40-year old Chester County Economic Development Council, SeedCo has a history of providing economic development loan programs. Although our roots started in Chester County, relationships have developed with other Economic Development Organizations in Lancaster, Bucks, Montgomery and Berks Counties. Today we partner with fourteen economic development organizations and provide the 504 program statewide. SeedCo was awarded Philadelphia's SBA District Award eight years in a row as the leading CDC and continues to grow.
