SeedcoDE recently joined more than 130 exhibitors and 600 attendees at one of the largest networking events in Delaware. The 2020 Delaware Networking Station was held September 19, 2019 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, where SeedcoDE shared valuable information on SBA 504 loans .

Ideal for Delaware businesses that want to expand, but may not qualify for conventional loans, the SBA 504 loan is part of a government small business program with fixed-rate and long-term financing.

  • -Purchase owner occupied land or existing buildings
  • -Improve existing facilities
  • -Pay for machinery or equipment
  • -Ground-up construction of owner-occupied real estate
  • -Refinance expensive real estate or equipment debt

“It’s a great time for business owners to take advantage of below-market, fixed interest rates and finally buy the commercial property or equipment they’ve been planning and thinking about,” says SeedcoDE Managing Director Sherwood Robbins. “Drawing on relationships with local banks and credit unions, SeedcoDE facilitates the loan process, working business owners toward loan approval.”

Much thanks to the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce as well as the Better Business Bureau of Delaware for partnering to bring local businesses together, along with the services that support them.
