How do you preserve a beloved restaurant and the famous Bacon & Bleu Burger it’s known for? Financing!
Here’s the story, in a nutshell:
The Ugly Mutt restaurant has been a neighborhood staple in its Oxford, PA community for many years. The business and property were put up for sale by its owners, and a Chester County couple entered into an agreement to purchase the property. Coatesville Savings committed to funding the acquisition, but a companion loan was needed to complete the purchase of the building, equipment and liquor license. The bank turned to Seedcopa for assistance. Seedcopa was able to utilize its revolving loan fund, allowing the acquisition of the restaurant. Now the famous Bacon & Bleu Burger is preserved for future generations!
