National Eat Outside Day is coming up on August 31st, and what better way to celebrate it all month long than by enjoying some of the best summer treats across the region? We’ve rounded up the Seedcopa borrowers who are making this summer even sweeter. Before the days get shorter and the kids go back to school, be sure to squeeze in a visit to these small business gems!
Top of the list:
Cornerstone Coffeehouse in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, PA, which has closed one SBA 504 loan with Seedcopa and Orrstown Bank and is approved for yet another, after a referral from the Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (CREDC).
Spouses Caleb Watters and Alexandra Shover purchased the charming shop, which had been open for 25 years on 2131 Market Street, after the previous operators decided to retire.
Watters, who owns two other restaurants in Hershey and Enola, was also a Dunkin Donuts franchisee for 12 years and has partnered with his trusted operations manager, Justine Welling, who has been with him for more than a decade. His next SBA 504 loan with Seedcopa is yet another restaurant, to be revealed!
