Seedcopa borrower Green Pest Solutions has been named among the top 40 largest pest control companies in the U.S. on the Pest Control Technology Top 100 list.
Green Pest Solutions climbed eight spots on the annual list of 100 largest pest control companies to number 38 overall based on annual revenue. This is the second year in a row that Green Pest Solutions was featured after ranking number 46 on last year’s list.

Just last year, Seedcopa nominated Jesson for Eastern Pennsylvania Entrepreneurial Success of the Year. Green Pest Solutions won the award presented by the U.S. Small Business Administration, based on the company’s demonstrated track record of success after securing an SBA 504 loan through Seedcopa.
“When Green Pest Solutions came to us, a traditional loan through a bank was just not possible due to the projection-based growth of the business,” says Seedcopa Managing Director Sherwood Robbins. “Now you can see that this company just needed financing for a first-class office building to grow and take its solid business to the next level. These are the companies we work with, and government loans like the SBA 504 are perfect for many of them.”
Seedcopa worked with Green Pest Solutions to secure a loan to purchase and renovate its headquarters in West Chester, ensuring the company would continue to expand and provide local jobs for the foreseeable future.
Green Pest Solutions has expanded to four branches throughout the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area. The company says it now has more than 160 employees and more than 100 vehicles in its fleet. Moving forward, Green Pest Solutions looks to open additional branches, invest in quality assurance and hire more team members that can provide their expanding customer based a superior experience.
