This month, rather than tell you what businesses can do with an SBA 504 loan, we thought we would show you. Here are some of the fascinating SBA 504 projects that Seedcopa has recently funded.

Pocono Palms

This 1912 church was recently transformed into a new wedding venue called Pocono Palms.

An SBA 504 loan was used to purchase and renovate the decommissioned Catholic church in Cresco, PA.

Now Pocono Palms is hosting weddings and other events during the pandemic and beyond.

The business owned by Carolyn and Alyssa O’Leary was recently featured in Philadelphia Magazine as a picturesque wedding venue.

Volumetric Building Companies

This former bank in Roxborough, PA is now the home of Volumetric Building Companies.

Business was soaring when it came to building multi-family housing in the modular industry, but VBC needed a permanent home of its own.

Now VBC has an office space that’s as off-the-charts as its business success.

Volumetric Building Companies and its President, Vaughan Buckley, were recently recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Soaring 76 as one of Greater Philadelphia’s fastest-growing companies.
