They’re so loved that everyone from the Associated Press to Food & Wine Magazine is showcasing them. Check out the Seedcopa borrowers who are making big news nationally and locally.
Alderfer Auction
Recently we posted a profile of Alderfer Auction in Hatfield, Montgomery County. After purchasing a 17,500-square-foot building with an SBA 504 loan facilitated by Seedcopa, the company made a successful pivot to online auctions during COVID-19. Now an Associated Press story focuses on the younger demographic that Alderfer Auction is able to reach. Commodores and Ataris from the 1980s are drawing more attention than grandfather clocks and Chippendale furniture.
Eclat Chocolate
Our friends at Eclat Chocolate in West Chester, Chester County are celebrating. Food & Wine Magazine has created a list of the 50 finest chocolate makers and chocolate shops across the U.S., and Eclat Chocolate is on it. Owner Christopher Curtin is called “masterful” for his workshop west of Philadelphia. We can only assume they’re referring to the 4,500-square-foot building he was able to purchase with a $559,000 loan facilitated by Seedcopa ;-).
Consolidated Storage Companies, Inc.

The manufacturer was able to purchase its rented building, stabilize the business and retain 104 jobs — all while doubling sales in 2020. Now a Lehigh Valley Business article is profiling the business pivot.
